Can someone come up with this invention idea?

For deafies who can still speak and dont know sign. Can they make something like a speak and read? Like a littlle 7x5 portable screen. the Person speaks and you read what the person said and you can talk back to that person. I dont think anything like that is out yet.

Virtual Voice is an Android app that does exactly that. There is also Dragon Dictation.
