That's why some people doesn't update their security features in their operating systems and clear caches.    There is plenty of security holes that some people don't understand or learn how computer works.   It's an easy prey for hackers to target people who leaves the 'backdoor' open for them to access and gain control ie.  format, delete files, read email, etc.
