hi there! my name is sarah and i'm a hearing asl student. i want to do deaf ed "when i grow up". but i won't have another class until august. okay. so if there's anyone in the knoxville, tn area, would you be willing to help out? thanks.

Hello, Yama and welcome to AllDeaf. I grew up in the Knoxville area but I have long moved away from Tennessee, but with very little connection there I cannot be of help. If you will just contact the state school for the deaf (TSD) at 594-6022 (Voice/TTY) or the Knoxville Community Center of the Deaf at 579-0832 (Voice) and tell them about your wanting to do a report (or whatever it is that you are doing). I am sure they will be glad to help you with any info.
