buzzing sound while using cellphone

Hi
I have problems with my new phone because buzzing little and I can't hear properly and using the cellphone please help me to find a nucleus freedom and my cellphone model is I can hear what what the person is saying a thanks M

I had the same problem for my hearing aid when using cell phone. You would need compatible headphone that would work with cochlear implant. I am sure there is available somewhere in the Internet.
 
A neck loop really helps me because I can hear in both ears at once. Alas, my current hearing aid system is a loaner.
