I recommend you not to get a yew or juniper because of the large amount of yellow pollens and little tiny hundreds of bugs "nest" these plants. I hope that you don't use the chemicals on the grass because it is toxic to animals and children playing on the grass.
There is NO natural chemical for grass. Don't believe what the pro says how safe it is. The only way is for you to seed them and water them.
