Broken down?...Tough!

I have a small motorcycle which I used for riding around the country lanes and back roads of Worcestershire. As my hearing is awful and I have joint problems I always join a roadside rescue company. This year I joined the ETA which seemed different from the major companies in this line. This week I tried something I had not done before, I sent a message on my Galaxy mobile to the ENT special mobile number to get help if your deaf! After I sent the text message I waited for a reply....and waited....and waited! after this I sent text messages spaced out by hours till around 10 pm when I sent the last one....no reply!! Today I sent two more spaced-out messages and asked my brother-in-law to send one on his Iphone just in case my Galaxy was acting up....nothing! If I was 'out there' say around Evesham I would be in a bad way still waiting for ETA to consend to reply to my text. I now await a reply to my complaint to ETA.....better re-join the AA...
 
Sorry, I have just looked through this forum and find it is a all American one. If I had known I would not have joined. I am going to unsubscribe and insert this topic in a English forum where it will be more revelant...Bye, Bye...
 
Generally, life for the deaf in England is pretty bad....not sure about Ireland.
