I started experiencing first brain shock in last March and I didn't know about what is wrong, that usually following by diarrhea, headache, sweating and nausea. Those symptoms disappeared in several hours, but in some cases, it take full day.

I have brain shock about like 4 times since March and last one was today. I'm very frustrated about medical issues and can't find about what is wrong.

It could be possible.

Interesting. I never knew about brain shocks.

Stress being the cause makes sense.

I know that you are an anxious, easily stressed person. You need to get some help for your anxieties. I think that would also help to alleviate some of your digestive problems. You might also benefit from diet and exercise coaching. It's not a miracle cure but general good health habits can make a difference in the quality of your life.

If he can afford it. Accupuncture is worth a try but it doesn't work for everyone.
