Boy, 7, ticketed for driving a golf cart

The mother should had gotten the ticket , what the hell was that cop thinking of??

I read another link and it said the cops are going try and fix the mistake at court. It was the mother job to made sure her son does not break any laws . She teaching her son that he does not have to follow the laws not a very smart move for the mom.
