Recently I received E mail which appears to look like it came from Bank Of America. If you get them, mentioning overdraft protection. It is S C A M! Don't click that, but forward it to abuse@bankofamerica.com The E mail looks legitimate but because I was able to detect irregulars and some of information don't live up with Bank Of America standard. This type of E mail is really pretty much phishing E mail. Nice try! didn't work for me.

I done forward to Bank of America that E mail I received earlier today.

i had stuff that say come from american banks,as i not american i just delete..i just dont know why spammers do it,they cause so much distress...i delete anything thats banking yet people fall for it

Pay Pal too. I've gotten their fake emails from scammers trying to get our passwords by clicking on the link to a fake log in page.

Yeah, they mentioned that my debit card has been locked due to insufficient fund in account. Yeah right! I know how much is in my bank account and just verified.

I checked the e mail address to forward any scam e mail that appears to be from BOA but not really, found it and forward to them and let them do the dirty work.

I'm BOA customer, too.. Yes, I received many scam email with fake email address and plus hotlink BOA logo is fake. I scoffed and click "SCAM" and trash.

paypal ebay and the Africans who say they want you put millians into your account because some loop hole they not able to get to it

May I mention the fact that e-mails can also be scanned for irregularities? I just discovered that my tablet AVG does this, so if it's possible, scan any suspicious e-mails, and if it's irregular, report it.
