Blue and White Day in South Carolina

On Friday, June 26, 2015 as a sign of unity, solidarity and to honor and remember those who lost their lives, we are simply gonna turn our state blue and white. Here's how:

-Display our state flag in a prominent place to be seen.
-Wear blue and white clothing.
-Turn your profile picture to the SC flag.
-Anything else you can think of to show off the blue and white.

Why blue and white? The blue in our flag represents loyalty, vigilance, perseverance, and justice, while the white represents purity and innocence.

These two colors together send a strong statement that in South Carolina, we are one! Please participate and invite your friends, neighbors and families to participate.

Wonderful!....and I applaud South Carolina (especially Charleston) for the way they handled this horrific incident ..other cities should take note!

Reba, before I was aware of your blue and white statement, I just happened to be wearing a solid blue shirt and off white pants today, so I'm all set to honor your state.
 
Huh funny.. now that Annie mentioned that.. I just looked down and realized I am wearing one of my South Carolina T-shirts... the blue one with white lettering. South Carolina across top and The Palmetto State down left side.

(I have a few SC shirts but have to get a new USC one)

Oh well....i look down and damn..
Im wearing an old achool lynard skynard shirt,,,with some old rebel type thing. South will rise again or something, trucker .like,,i dunno...
