from gallaudet video's "The 50th anniversary of the "Bison Song" is celebrated as alumni from "Bison Song" teams of yore perform the song. This provides an ideal opportunity to witness how the "Bison Song" has evolved over the decades.

The "Bison Song" originated from a contest offered by the Hearing and Speech Center in 1960. Dorothy Miles, '61, won the contest. George Johnston, '60, signed the song 50 years ago"

I am sure that some of you who have been at gallaudet. great memories. I am glad to learn about how the bison song began and carry it for years. I love that song!!
 
It is one of the best school fight songs that I had ever seen.

I love this song so much. My roommate did Bison fight song in his senior year.

Oh yes he was good at it. you must be a good roomie to him that you didnt mind him practiced in the tiny room. LOL

Ha ha ha We stayed at Clerc 207C so he did practice in the living room on the same floor and on fields.

During fall 1992, I stayed at clerc 102 or something. I FORGET but I know I was in A. :P and was a manager for volleyball they won the champship thanks to brandy and karen and the girls. :D
