We've discovered that afew big japanese companies like Capcom is starting to show its strong support on Xbox360 from its first best selling title "Dead Rising" would also bring games like Okami that was made by Capcom and Clover Studios as well as God Hand, are supposed to "port" to Xbox360 soon...there is no details on this just yet.

Now, Namco, another japanese company is joining the party with Xbox360. There were rumors of such games like Tekken is techically possible to be ported on Xbox360 from the PS3, and even Soul Calibur III to be remaked with better graphics, more features, and more moves on the Xbox360 version. We still have no details on what games it would be coming to Xbox360.

But my guess is that it is the Tekken series...so who knows?

Watch and see how other Japanese publishers react. Mark our words here: Other publishers, other big-name Japanese publishers aside from Capcom (how we love thee, Capcom), will begin putting their once Sony exclusives on Xbox 360. And, in some cases, they'll put them on Xbox 360 first. Don't believe us? Watch for Namco and Konami in 2007. We're still not certain whether Metal Gear Solid 4 will hit Xbox 360, but if numbers (of units sold) do the talking, count on its arrival to Xbox 360 sometime after the PS3 version. What about Namco? We're sworn to secrecy, but the tide is changing here too. Prepare for some real Namco hardcore gaming love in 2007. Overall, Sony has reacted with alarm, anger, confusion, and is now realizing it must deal with this new situation: It isn't the console leader anymore.

YES! More blows to the nuts for Sony. I hate Sony's pompousness, and they deserve not to be the leader. I bet if Lost Planet does well(it probably will), that will just put another nail in the coffin for Sony's Capcom exclusives. Besides, I prefer Microsoft's Live service, it is peerless.

Where do you come off saying "fanboy"? It doesn't make sense, like u usually don't make sense. It is obivous that Sony sucks, and anypne supporting them blindly can easily be labeled a fanboy, such as yourself. ;)
I like the PS3, don't get me wrong. I dislike Sony's POMPOUSNESS and marketing stragety(composite cables for a NEXT-GEN HD console?). I strongly suggest you go to dictionary.com and look up the word pompous. Maybe you need english classes, because more than half the time you post, you do it in ASL. It really shows your intelligence.

Don't mess with the Doc. You know better than that.

For composite cable, If you own component cable from PS2 then use on PS3, that simple.

I don't think that Sony is one of leader on game console.

I agree, but that can quickly change. I think it all depends on the major player companies, and what games they are commiting to which systems.
I like the prospect and games for all 3 consoles. I'm just a bit disgusted with Sony's tactics, but their powerful PS3 will bear true fruit when the likes of MGS4 come out for it.
TBH, I would like to see and I have a feeling that all 3 consoles will co-exist on the market togother.
 
There's Soul Calibur 2 on Xbox, also included with joystick.
 
Soul Calibur 2 is BC on the 360, and I picked it up. It is one of the few XBOX games that are in 720p. I still consider the Dreamcast Soul Calibur the best version.
Hey, when I get a Wii... I'm gonna hunt down Soul Calibur 2 for Gamecube... Link is a playable character. And ALL Gamecube games work with the Wii.

Namco's next big game for 360?? Probably Tekken or Soul Calibur(both would be sweet). DOA is enjoying sucess on XBL, and the 360 has a considerable userbase in america.
 
I really wonder what would be Tecmo's next game for Xbox360... Fatal Frame 4?

That would be pretty sweet thou my gf and I love the FF series lol.

...Funny that Sony said HD gaming wont begin 'til they say so, and yet they put composite cables in both PS3 packages...how pathetic lol.

yeah I am agreed with steel n doc. If Sony wanted to do HD they could have put component or HDMI in the PS3 Premium, but NO! saith Ken Kutaragi. M$ was smart to toss in the HDAV component cables with the 360 Premium.

I musta think the boys at Sony really got their heads up the geishas' asses and had too much sake flowing in the boardroom.....

That's my point and disgust with Sony, they're marketing a HD system with composite crap? That kind of shit's not gonna fly with me. I'm getting a Wii before I get a PS3.
 
Virtua Fighter 5 > Soul Calbur > DOA > Tekken

SEGA has confirmed that VF5 won't be a PS3 exclusive.
 
VF5 will be the first Virtua Fighter I ever bought. Some people contend that it is the deepest fighter. I'm very curious about it, I will deftinteley buy it.
Dreamcast Soul Calibur still sits atop my list of fighters, with nobody in second place.

On the bright side, you don't have to buy a custom-fitted cable for PS3. A regular HDMI cable can be used. It's about time that a console came out with a slot that you don't have to buy a specialized cable for.

I agree, I think they should had included a HDMI cable with the package. No doubt about that. Just get one for a few bucks off the Internet while Best Buy sell their 3 ft HDMI cable for 60 bucks.

It's amazing how much some charge for a frickin' cable these days. It certainly didn't make any sense why they didn't include a HDMI cable.
 
Sony's marketing logic seems to be this: those who want to play PS3 with HDMI will fork over $59.99 on top of the $599.99 for a 60gb PS3.
Smart consumers like you know better than to buy HDMI cables from Sony for $60.
I'll admit you have quite some knowledge and logic for a 23-year old, Banjo.
 
There's some exclusive games for PS3, such as Full Auto 2, RR7 and MGS4.

How get exclusive games, also sign the contract and how long would be exclusive on game console, such as 6 month, 1 year or never. If MGS4 is never to release on 360 or Wii then no choice but get PS3.

I believe that GTA 4 will be short story on 360 due limited capacity, also unless if MS allow to make on HD-DVD ROM.

I will rather to get GTA 4 and WWE Smackdown vs. Raw for PS3 because of better control and more capacity to make more feature and long story.
