What system are you using?

Windows Vista come with the programs needed to extract .zip files but not .rar files. I'm assuming since you can't extract the .zip files that you are not using Vista.

In that case I suggest you download winRAR. It'll extract both .zip and .rar files for you.

It says, "Free to try and $29 to buy". But I'll tell you that you don't have to pay for it at all. All it'll do is bring a pop up window offering to buy it every time you use it. But just close that "Buy it" window and the program will still work. So it's free.

When you have winRAR installed. Simply download the file (In this case the subtitles file). The winRAR program will automatically open. Then click the "Wizard" button on the winRAR program. Then click finish. The next window that opens will be the extracted folder and you can open it or move the subtitle file where ever you want it.

I made this video for you so you can see the steps. It's actually very easy. Just download and extract it (You are extracting it when you click the "Wizard" button).

So download winRAR and do what you see in this video and you should be all set. Let me know if you have any questions or need any help. It's great to be able to watch just about any online movie or TV episodes now.

Here's a tip. If you can't see the above video clearly enough then watch it at youtube in high definition. Or watch it in full screen mode.

Also, subscribe to my youtube channel. The entire channel is devoted to closed captioning and subtitling internet video. So you'll find more information and updates.
