I am not from Georgia, but I have lived here since 1994 so I feel like I am a Georgia native. 
The best things about Georgia are: Atlanta, Savannah, girls, lower taxes, warm and hot weather.
The worst things about Georgia are: traffic in and around Atlanta, lack of mass transit system especially in the northern suburbs, illegal immigrants, ad valorem tax and smog.

The best things about Tennessee are: Memphis BBQ, Chattanooga and rural life.
The worst things about Tennessee are: Tennessee Volunteers fans, hillbillies, country music, blue-collared jobs, higher sales tax and illegal immigrants.
