beer: can vs bottle

which is better for house party? i want to buy two kegs but they are expensive. $90 bucks each.
 
Well I have seen a keg and it is really big, and I think $90 does look like it. My parents bought a keg and they thought they can drink it just for two of them, but they were wrong! They can't drink whole of it themselves, my parents have been asking many of their friends to help them drinking the keg, they told me they had it for probably 3-5 months. Some of my friends bought the keg and they required people who go to their party to pay $5 for the keg which could be helpful tips for you :)

Also, about can or bottle, well the bottle is healthy than the can, but can is more easier to drink from.

It's up to you.
 
For a larger party we always ask friends to donate a few bucks to help out on kegs, it is much cheaper than buying beers in a can or bottle. You can always get your deposit back for the empty keg and tap when you return them.

I prefer bottles myself but hubby prefers cans due to less waste
 
I prefer coca-cola my self in the bottles but hubby drinks bud in the bottles, says it tastes better.
 
I am very disappointed with you for not mentioning mug.

I prefer can cuz if use bottle then the glass will break and someone might get hurt.
 
Does soda pop or something count other than beer?
 
My friends and I can buy kegs in college not house party. My friend is throwing a party tommrow. we are thinking we should buy bottle or can..so they decided to buy 5 30 packs miller and 3 12 packs smirnoff beer. also, i will buy baracdi 151, grey goose vodka and smirnoff vodka.

yea mug tastes awesome but we are not socially drinking...we want to get maddddd waste ha. we will play beer pong and flipcup all night.
 
sometimes i do drink beer cans and bottle not too much!

at restaurant frozen mug getting too much and i went to arena i drink cups of beer and my brother and me share that cups of beer because my brother is 24 years old he can drink my beer but i can allowed to drink beer whether i wanted it!

my mom never knew i drink bottle when im purchase at stores include wal-mart superstores,liquor stores and my mom says dont buy that! and i says SO!

when i visit my old school and after homecoming football games they went visit OCD clubs known as Olathe Club for the Deaf where deaf gather there every weekend and i drink beer cans sometime.

Maybe your mom is right, because if you drink beer too much, that would make everyone think you're pregnant. Scary! :rofl:
 
I prefer bottled beer but I never had a keg. Keg look big to me! Perfect for party though.

Compare the prices with amount what you wanted to buy for bottled beers and keg...see which cheaper. Good luck!
 
i prefer bottled beers...for some reason they taste better than the can. Kegs are good...

I prefer icy cold bottles of Coors Lite. Meg would be good for a bash party...
I don't usually like the can because sometimes you will never know it could get old, and twice I found one empty can inside unopened box of cans. I always order beer in bottle at any bar or restruant instead of mug, always so REFRESHING!!!! Mugs sounds good too, yum...Anyone ever tried drinking out of a pitcher to see who is able to drink less than one minute or two? That was in our old days...Hahaha....
