I could not find the right Health category in this forum. I assume, I may post in a wrong category in discussion thread.
1. Take a break from outdoor activities every 15-20 minutes and drink plenty of water.
2. Use sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor of 15 or more - even on cloudy days.
3. Stay inside or in the shade between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., if possible, in order to prevent skin damage.
4. Be alert for early signs of heat sickness: muscle cramps, intense thirst, headache, dizziness, and nausea.
I must admit that I like to have some suntan this summer but I tried to keep avoid from the sun as much as I can. I love go to the beach at the ocean. I got sunburn on my back and chest.
