I had already post about this on Facebook. I was so amazed at the work of the carpentry making this wonderful train crib plus wood box car or caboose for table beside the crib. That is a work of art. I love this. :)
 
From the title I thought it was going to be a portable one that was especially suitable for use on a train!

It is gorgeous though. One question is there another way to set it up as the child grows?

Remove the sides, perhaps? My daughter just converted her son's crib to a toddler bed by removing one of the sides.

It looks like you can take the front off , there are some clamps that bottom and I think you could unscrew them and made the base longer. That is a very cute bed.
 
looking at it carefully I think can undo bolts and it slips out as childs bed
