if u have an avatar that u want to use.. u know u can resize them?? go to www.gifworks.com or use any photoshop to resize the pic.. hope this helps.
 
It cant over 100 x 100 only must under 100 X 100 there have AD rules I am not sure where the AD rules in somewhere in the thread. that is Alex's rules :)

Further later, I have not heard from him since and to hear if he willnig giving little extra bigger and bytes too...
 
IMHO: Increase avatar size can slow down
the system. Not a good idea.
