Hey, all! Amitofu!

Just making a quick intro here, so I don't look like a total random next time I post! I'm a hearing person learning Auslan at Tafe, and I am absolutely in love with Auslan. I'm training in Kung Fu (my first love and obession ), both Shaolin and Pai Lum, and love the graceful, fluid movements of both Kung Fu and sign langauges.

:welcome: to AllDeaf forum. I hope you have fun learning about deafness, reading and posting all the threads here. See you around. Psss....there is another Aussie Deaf guy who came from the same town as yours, Canberra, Australia. He knows Auslan and knows some ASL. I hope you can meet him right here on our threads.

Thanks for the welcome, Bebonang! It's good to hear there's another Aussie here from Canberra - our brand of humour is rather unique :P

JClarke, why didn't you tell that person you teach Auslan? I guess if they didn't know your name they are not your student though? :hmm:

A bit more seriously, I'm sure you've heard about the 're-creation' of the Deaf Club in Canberra. I can't wait - I get restless if I can't sign for more than two days :D
