90% of the noises come from my non implanted totally deaf ear. If I do go bilateral it would be great if the CI helps with the noises. Weird that I am completely deaf when going to bed yet the noises in my brain prevent me from sleeping. Since I'm deaf, it would be nice if things were quiet.
