Duophone is a feature that when enabled it streams the phone signal from one ear to the other (so you hear the phone call in both ears). If you have a telecoil program then the duophone feature has to be activated in the software. Easy phone just means that when you hold the phone to the hearing aid the aid automatically goes into telecoil function. The Duophone can be set up either as a telecoil program or as an acoustic phone program.
