I went to several sites describing the duo phone and it sounds a lot like the T-coil operation which I have tried. In order to use it the T-coil program has to be activated and the phone placed next to the HI. The HI then switches to the T-coil program allowing the phone to be heard in both ears. Isn't this duo phone? I tried it, wouldn't switch programs with my phones. Phonak supplied me with magnets to put on my phone. The switch worked intermittently, and was more trouble than it was worth. So I had it disabled. Much better operation with iCom and blue-tooth. I have had the Naida's just since the end of Sept 09 and we left for vacation Nov first 09. I have not been able to see an audi since (but thats another story). When I get back in March - April will check into it again.
