Got mine last sept.  and prices are USD.  Focus can be accessed by the program switch on the aid.  as both are coupled justpressing the switch changes both. same with volume.  The remote control will do the same thing.  Focus Right or left, just press the right for right focus and left for left focus.  Pressing either one will go to forward focus.
