EQL I am a IX user. The price difference between the V and the IX was quoted to me as less than $500 each. As I remember the V was $5250 a pair and the IX was $6000 for the pair. That included 5 yrs of batteries and lifetime support. The iCom cost $300 and works well with the bluetooth phone. When listing to TV the phone rings in my ears and by pressing the iCom I can answer it. another press and back to where it was. I have the TV Sound hooked up to the Smartlink. It FM's the sound to the iCom and the iCom controls the sources. I think you would like the IX's.BobJust remembered: If I wanted the FM on the IX's, it was quite a bit more. Maybe thats why the difference. I just use the FM on the iCom.
