Anytime the FCC violates this kind of Law, It's under the Rehabilitation Act. Which stated back in 1973, it's a Law for federal agencies that revice Gov.funding! ADA Law pretains to Local/State Laws.
Believe LMM when you fight Gov.find a GOOD Lawyer. make sure you stand up for your rights. don't chicken out. Yep even with your Big companys. They will try to cover their asses in every way. but if you have proff, As LMM did, they can't fight their way out!
Who's to say that, Funding will be here in another 10 years, for VP's? This why LMM will not get rid of her TDD. Plus she still has many friends that don't have the new techologly, That's out here.Or they can't affort it, can't gasp it!
Some still perfer the old TTD w/printers... I do quite abit of help for LMM on her computter. But when it comes to her using her VP. She's in her own world. I lose her in chat, I'm still not that advice in ASL. What I mean by that staement, Is LMM have sign her whole life. People that use ASL as their main Language, Tend to sign alot fast then some of us. They don't teach you in class or books all the idioms deaf people use. And yes when 2 or more deaf are signing they use alot of idioms. It's very educationally to watch LMM & her friends. Afterwards I question LMM, She is happy to teach me.
