Attack on pregnant woman complicated by abortion politics

This was not an abortion so I don't see how is can have anything to do with this case. The crazy lady was not a doctor and not license to cut into a person that should be a crime .

The baby was alive outside the mother's womb. That's murder.
 
So how does this work exactly? When a mother decides to abort her "fetus", it is somehow not human. But when a stranger does it, the "fetus" is somehow human and considered a murder?

was this something the woman wanted if so she should had it done properly months ago if woman was forced then it murder if baby taking gasps of air and attempted murder of mother
this going back to dark ages of back street abortionists
 
The mother went to the crazy lady house to buy some baby clothes for her baby , she wanted her baby. I wonder if the crazy lady had told her husband she was pregnant , if she did the husband should had been concerned about his wife mental health. You would think the husband could tell if his wife was pregnant or not.
 
there cases particularly in America of evil people cutting baby out of abdomen mother usually dies but not so long ago one poor woman lived a nightmare she lives each day,i not sure if they got baby back or not
 
Likely this mother thinks abortion is illegal and trying to find way around the law. Sad, gruesome... I would throw up if I see that scene.

This is the reason why we can not legislate any morals. Even though I am against abortion of any stages, but it is >>NOT<< up to me or even my buddies(including yourself) decides what we think the pregnant mother ought to do. Not really our business and the best way to approach this is let it go and try to educate them and if can discouraging abortions, rather than banning abortions.
 
I'm beginning to think that some people haven't read the whole story.

It was not about an abortion. The mother did NOT want her baby killed.

The pregnant mother was tricked into going to another woman's house to buy baby clothes. That woman attacked the pregnant woman. That woman forcibly cut the baby out of the womb of the pregnant woman. The pregnant woman was left bleeding to die (but she survived). The baby lived only a short time, then died.

The only reason abortion was mentioned was in the determination by the prosecutor as to what the legal charges will be against the attacker. This is not a case about abortion. Some people, for political reasons, are trying to drag it into the abortion debate but this case is NOT about abortion.

ohhhhhhhh yes many demented people i just read the stories who happened be americans it is going happen more you big country more people,and what i gather most were Hispanic or Mexican not American although they were citizens...It sadly buying a baby market..These poor women are often befriended by crazy women who not so crazy....in this case it murder straight forward
 
gawd sake don't lump any demented people here we small island with more than fair share of nutters

but it was attempted murder,this poor woman had knife stuck in belly that nothing to do with abortion it happened to abort baby who still gasping for breath which make it murder..murder and attempted murder ,even abortion laws don't allow baby be aborted at that stage.

These types of stories illustrate how dangerous the world has become for pregnant women. I recall reading about crime trends and it's disturbing how often pregnant women are targeted for crimes of this nature, and how dangerous it has become in general to use public sites like Craigslist or respond to ads. If you meet anyone you don't know, never meet them in private, regardless of the gender. Always insist on a public place and during the daytime hours when it's busier - and if possible, bring a friend. Anyone asking you to meet them at their home, after hours in a deserted or infrequently traveled area, are potentially dangerous. What a sad sorry......
