Hello all,
I'm currently a (hearing) Information Systems student at Xavier university, taking ASL as my language choice. I'm sure you get lots of questions about Deaf culture and things like that, asked by students just like me, and I don't mean to be repetitive or annoying, or disrespectful to the community. I have some questions about deaf theater, and how acting and storytelling is different in Deaf culture than the hearing forms I am more familiar with. What forum would be best to ask those questions in?
I realize that your time is valuable, and that is where the trade comes in. I own a business that provides I.T. services and support, and, if you answer my question(s), I'll try to help you figure out any questions you might have about computers or technology, for free. I know this may not be valuable to everyone, but it's just something I'd like to offer in exchange for you taking the time to answer my questions or direct me to resources that may be able to answer my questions.
Thank you!
