ASL 2 Student who wants to know more!

Hi all I am a Junior in High School and in ASL 2 I am in Houston, TX and next year I plan on taking ASL 3 & 4 at the local community college. Right now I plan on going to Gallaudet University to major in ASL. And my plan is to become an interpreter for the Deaf. I am very interested in ASL and so i was wondering if any one knew where there were any online webcam chats that people sign in? And if any one had a recommendation of a good college that does good in ASL?

I also am trying to go to be an interpreter. I have been suggested to try Skype which I know is a good one. Also one thing I started doing is if your phone has a video recorder to video yourself and send it to a deaf friend in text and talk back and forth that way.
