Hey, for those of you who are at experts on traveling, any advices, tips or anything in general in Aruba I should know? I'm going to Aruba this upcoming August and I am really excited and I want to enjoy every minute of it. Please post what you know! Thanks! :D
 
from what I was told..Aruba is part of the Caribbean Islands, just a bit north of Venezuela..I may be wrong. :P
 
Whoops... it's a bit late... it's past August, and I was wondering how Aruba was??? :D I visited this tiny country (don't you love the Dutch environment, and lots of tanned folks?) Only about 14 sq. miles.

I didn't even see the new posts, lol. Aruba is so beautiful. I miss it though :(
I went on wave runner (jet ski) ATVs, horseback riding, sailing on sunset, going to bars (legal age was 18) gambled, went to beach. food was delicious!!! my best vacation ever. italy came second lol.
 
Travel and "security"

My husband and I recently went on a trans-Canadian rail trip across Canada. 'From Vancouver, BC. to Halifax.

I got busted in Halifax for having a corkscrew in my carry-on. In fact I had TWO corkscrews, exactly alike but in different colors. The found only one! They were lying in my makeup bag, side by side.

Any comment?
