are they embarassed?

I was just thinking on some posts I have read a while back where some one said they were happy to see that I take my Deaf friends with me to my hearing friends parties. I was wondering if your hearing friends NOT do the same. If you feel that your hearing friends are maybe a little embarrassed by you or something. What made me think about it is when recently I was in my apt complex parking lot and there were several people out and about and I was signing a ways away from my Deaf friends as I walked up to them. It seems that from some people’s posts you think maybe your hearing friends wouldn’t do that………
 
Well, I don't think it's embarassment as much as it depends on the party itself.

let me give you an example.. My boyfriend used to go to these parties where everyone would sit around playing Halo on Xbox 360. he had told me about the parties before.. And since I don't like crowds or shooting games much... I told him I would stay home. My boyfriend wanted me to go to the parties... but From what he told me it sounded like I would be bored out of my mind.

I think it really depends on the person, and the type of party it is. If i'm invited to a wedding or whatever, I go to be polite to the bride and groom.. but other than that, I don't go to parties much. I'm not into parties.. of any type.
