Apt with intercom system (please answer)

Anybody live in Apt with Intercom Buzzer system? I live in Apt that has only Buzzer and no Codes access just a Buzzer. Can you tell me how you live in apt with that? How do you know if any guest calling for you from Gate door with Buzzer and you can't heard Buzzer. Do I need to do anything about it or just get a doorbell?

I suggest you to get this You could stick the door montior next to buzzer, it will alert you with light flashing.

i used to live in a really nice apt but there is a security buzzer gate. i made the landlord to install the flasher for the buzzer so i ll know who is trying to get my attention.. you could get a wireless doorbell.. it shld work just fine

Sonic Alert doorbell singulars can be both of buzzer for front lobby and wireless button for apartment room door to work.
