I m going there this fall for graduate school as I wld like to look for apt or th that are reasonablly priced and is close to RIT.

I could look up on other apt websites but I would like to give it a chance here first.

I live in Rochester, sorry I don't know much about rental apt or house. I am sure Vampy can help you out somehow! We owns the house.

We could meet this fall? :dunno:

Good luck with apt/house hunting!

Are you student or just resident of Rochestor? I believe Vampy is no longer student at RIT and he s back to TX.

I know..Vampy graduated but he is still around till end of July I guess. :dunno:
He know more about rentals than I do.

Just resident living here in Rochester. :)

Hey, I'm in Buffalo. I know that RIT has some information on the website about off campus living and some suggestions. I live off campus at University at Buffalo. Are you from WNY? Get ready for some fun winters!

The cheapest apartment would probably be around $600. If you're lucky, you might find something for $500.

For cheaper rent, I suggest you find a roommate.

Oh yeah, let's not forget... there's utilities that you have to pay extra for.

The most popular apartments in the area are West Brook Commons, Rustic Village, Clayton Arms, etc.

Try apartmentfinder.com and do a search for zip code 14623.

Yes I can check that website you suggested but I want to check it out with this forum first before I check other website. Beside I would rather to roommate with deaf people than hearing people.

True it shldn't matter if roommate s hearing or deaf but its my personal preference that I roommate with deaf person. I do not need to explain if you know how deaf world runs :)
