Hi,

I live in Auckland NZ, would like to meet local people either online or in person to expand my social network.

I have CI and am oral, have lived in the hearing world all my life but would be keen to explore more about deaf culture and sign.
 
I don't use CI, raised as oral, mostly oral but when with Deaf I'm with Deaf, and Marmite sandwiches, is one of my favorite, I also like Subways

Hi everyone up there.

Grummer....us Kiwis were raised on marmite sandwiches, school lunch staple.


So far it seems there are very few on here from my neck of the woods :aw:
 
aww shhhhhh! dont say that about marmite here ! lol

there's a couple of them around but they seldom come here

a couple of aussies here also, im a full time student a break now.

i have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a good garden to develop (its my hobby), nothing else about me, I'm quite boring as a person which is why i like it here, glued to the digital world to cut the bordem.

Oooo...dunno about that....bit like Fords and Holdens really.....both have their fanatical fans

When the SHF (marmite maker) factory got damaged in the Christchurch quakes you would have thought the end of the world as we know it had arrived.
