Yeah I tried to make a phone call on my Sorenson vp and the speed dial address book is gone or invisible and I tried following the instructions in the VP-100 owner's manual. Not sure what is going on? I am baffled and extremely frustrated. I will have to go to the Sorenson website and see if they are up and running ???
What else can I do if the speed dial address book disappears again?
I already love my vp and can't live without it.
