Often they hang up while the relay operator is "introducing themselves" (not translated to you) ... if they are hung up on, they simply dial back and try again. IF they are hung up on AGAIN (a second time) they will relay this information to the TTY user ... otherwise - they often do not (so you'd never know).Also - there are less hang-ups with VCO calls ... generally speaking.HTH
