Any other moms with Autistic Children??

Hi there - new here. my 3 YO is ASD (Autistic spectrum disorder). He has no hearing loss (actually really sensitive hieghtened hearing ironically) - a little speech, a little sign, and a lot of energy and agression. Any one else dealing with something similar? What kind of therapies are you implementing?
 
I can't help or give any advise. My cousin had some kids like that and they are in their teens now and I am not sure what she did. I am also not sure if they are similor to your kid.
 
I have a 7 years old autsic-deaf son..he dont use signs alot and use Picture system.. i forgot what its called .. i m sure my ex can explain more better than i do lol
