Hello--I was a softball pitcher for at least 22 yrs., no longer playing the game, however, I do miss it very much, loved the sport and what it brings to the athletes and fans alike all over. Wish you much success as well as to be able to attain rewarding experiences and fun while participating in this sport and other sports!

Have fun!!

I start learning sports at the age 18 and felt very disappointed I learned about them that late. I played tag football/flag football, basketball, bowling, golf, and more in college with buddies. I realized my skills is Defense end in football and Tight end. And for bowling I can bowl almost like a pro. Basketball is the sport I love and played the most but I wasn't that good at basketball. I never was on team in HS. Lucky you got a chance to be involved with sports in school. I wont let that happen to my daughter like me not being in sports in high school so she wont regerts it like I did.

Grew up playing fastpitch softball and my primary position was pitching. I got a college scholarship in AZ to play softball. I sure miss those days!!! Right now, I play on a deaf slow pitch softball team.

My friends tried to get me join a co-ed softball team. I prefer hardball (baseball) over softball.

I played on hearing football and baseball teams for years and also briefly played on the pee wee football team at the deaf school.
