Not quite. Even at 0.1 c, it would still take 43 years to reach the nearest star (other than the Sun), 700,000 years just to get from one end of our galaxy to the other (tip: don't get on any spaceship named "Voyager"), and millions of years for intergalactic travel. Traveling to another galaxy is probably impossible, unless wormholes actually exist, and those are still purely theoretical. Really interesting article, though. I bookmarked it.
