NYC metro, Philly metro, DC metro (it could be part of NE but it is more of mid-Atlantic) and Boston metro are very diverse, but it isn't diverse when you get out of those metro, also Vermont, NH and Maine are over 90% white, even less diverse than South Carolina.

Those metros may be more liberal but it is more conservative when you get out of metro, also they have many independent voters.

Their parents are doing their best job but it won't work well if kids are rebellious or haters.

Where are these kids learning hate? Why aren't the parents teaching them that anti-Semitism is wrong? Why aren't they teaching them that vandalism is wrong?

It's the parents that set the tone for their family. They establish the atmosphere of either love or hate.

It's up to the parents to also make sure that the schools support their world view.

The parenting job is HARD if you have teenagers - they are usually stubborn and rebellious.

The kids could learn about hate at school or online, even if their parents tell them that anti-semitism is bad, so it is up to kids to listen or not.

My parents were very strict with my sister and they spanked my sister very often, but my sister was very rebellious and trouble until she was 20 years old.

Please don't blame on parents if they worked hard to keep their kids behave, but kids went rogue.

in my life most ive seen arent even swatsikas
most these kids dont know shit

remember we get stupider each generation by design....

they probably are teaching them its wrong...

i was taught all sorts of things i ignored from school and my parents..

Marblehead is my hometown and it's very disturbing to see this happen all over again ! My dad wanted to join a golf club so he could make business deals , this was where people met to talk about business but dad wasn't allowed to join b/c he was Jewish . He and mom were about the first Jewish family to move onto the neighborhood
and people weren't happy about and people tired to keep a temple from being build in town. Dad gave money to help build it. My ex husband got a job in M'head and he met a woman I went to school with . This was in the 90's and my ex was telling the woman how I hated golf club b/c it was Anti Semites and the woman told my ex that the club still was like that ! This was in the mid 90's . My mom told me there would always be Anti Semitism, she wouldn't be surprise about this she would very angry like you and I am ! It seen when there a lot of horrible things going on in the world this happen more. :(
 
That's why I believe we're just apes. How else could it be explained.?

So, why don't kids know these things? Their parents don't discuss these issues with them. They don't set a home environment that looks down on anti-Semitism and vandalism.

The porn can be easily filtered out, but hate groups aren't if they don't use vulgar.

In high school, porn websites are blocked but KKK websites aren't.

The answer for last question, it could be law enforcement agencies if schools and parents can't fix the rebellious behaviors.

the kids are prob just ignoring them

the best way to deal with this silly stuff, is to have these kids get invited to a synagogue or a purim party so on...

thats how you handle it

you acculturate them with those they don't know..

not by giving them a smack down...
that just breeds resentment which later breeds the very hate your trying to prevent..

this isnt the hard stone AB just out form doing 15 years roaming around to spread the fourth riech at all costs.

The churches and temples should have more interfaith gathering and celebrate holidays together and the older kids should help the younger kids with their homework
and get to one another . I think fear and ignorant it part of the reason this is still happening .

LEO's aren't a substitute for parents raising kids. LEO's come into the picture only after the damage is done.

It looks like I should put rebellious child in your home and see about you could handle with them? Don't forget to get 100% leather belt out of drawer.

I'm sure that kid will end up in detention center after you striked with belts 50 times.

Parents have many tasks to do it and they have to cook the dinner, so they don't look at computer screen all time as you described.

Schools don't have enough staffs to monitor all computers so they use filter software or networking.

It looks like you think all parents are perfect, that's not case.
