Well Jillio you are correct-who can possible know of all future possibilities of potential problems re: their Cochlear Implant and their life in general? In the meantime one must just "get on with life". I have an Advanced Bionics-Harmony and have crossed 3 years. Okay for another 3 years as a I have a complete replacement of all external items-10 years from now?Still alive?
Enough to worry about in the short time horizon of current life.
