That's true, Jillio, but there are also other procedures that are done.  ENTs also probably cut into the plastic surgery practice as well.   It's a bit of a stretch to think that ONE product is going to make or break a surgeon.  However, I don't disagree at all.  You're correct that CI surgeons definitely ARE making money off of the device.   It's a question of how much VS that of other surgeons.   Doctors as a whole ALL live pretty comfortably.
