I know exactly how you feel. It gets a bit annoying when people leave me bad ratings without leaving a comment or for no good reason. If you want us to understand what we did wrong, please leave a comment. Also, please be reasonable when leaving ratings. Don't just do it cuz you hate that person or anything. Be nice.
