pink, i have had the same situation happen to me so i wouldn t really talk to that person on a occasional basis, but the BRB does indeed do the trick for me, and sometimes i let the person talk it i deem nessacary to say i gotta go have things to do, OR if they show up talking the BS then i will indeed be looking over but when it comes to my work or my VP job i would calmly say, im sure u have alot to say but im right now talking to other members and communicating with them for thier needs, so why don't we talk another time when im not so busy, and it does work cuz by an hr later he ll be yapping with someone else which is a relive but a pity on them this one dude was constantly bugging alot of poeple and some just told him to get lost!
