An "Ex" problem?

Anyone have any of those?
I have filed so many police reports on him. He lives in the US.
So there is nothing that Canada can do about it.
I keep changing my home phone, cellphone number, and my IP
account. Because he keeps finding me. I have blocked as many as 23 different screen/email addresses. I did have call block but I gave up
I used all 12 spots to block numbers. So I just took call answer off. The
phone just rings and rings now.

This was the guy I used to date before my hub.
It's been years, still he contiunes to bother me.
 
On or around June 30 each year, I have mystrious problems involving my ex.

Soon that'll be over cause I'm about to cash in on my investment 15 yrs ago and she'll be leaving me alone for good!

R u saying that he has been stalking you ? I have been stalked by my a**hole (1st) ex hubby. And I have filed proscuted against him which i am havin court against him and his real mother next month for the final trial.
 
Oh geez, thats happened to me too. My ex boyfriend is looking for me right now and since for more than a year already. Right now, Im hiding and he knew where my parents' house are but dont know where I live but he did find out but I lied to him where I live. I've been cover myself up because Ims cared to getting hurt again. You better get more serious before something happen.

did you file protection by police dept against your ex bf? if not then probably your sweet current bf will be helping you out

Aww I did but they asked me for my ex boyfriend's address and I only answered Alaska, they said it dont help. I was like OH NO! :Ohno: I hope he wont find me if he do then I will kick him as I can!
 
Aww I'm sorry to hear that, I'm wondering why the Canada police department won't do anything about it even you have file a couple of police reports? have you ever went to court to file for protection? I'm not sure what the laws are in Canada for stalkers.....If there's any way you could find out more about the law and see what the laws can do to protect you from your ex....

R u living in Canda and he lives in USA? i am sorry i misread your statement? there should be laws in Canada for stalkers. Come to my mind that i think there was one that had been stalked one of her relatives and then murdered cuz of her jealousy over her husband. I am not sure if its true.

I don't know much about Canadian law, but I'm really surprised that they claim there is nothing they can do. Here in the states (at least here in maryland), you don't need that much information to file for a protective order. If you have his name and know what phone numbers he's calling from (and it appears you have those numbers if your blocking them), there should be something they can do. At a minimum, phone misuse and/or harrassment.

The only issue is something like this isn't considered a violent crime and because its taking place in 2 different countries it would be difficult to enforce (unless he made a personal appearance).

I've taken calls from people who have had strangers follow them around and peep into windows. Once that person is identified, then all kinds of charges can be brought against them.
 
We considered that, but Canada cannot inforce that protective order if he is calling me. Because he is not in Canada. NJ won't take a police report over the phone, so we filed one download it was faxed. They went over to have a talk with him but after that they can't do anything. If he comes here, and tries to physically see me then I can call the police. But other than that because the laws are so different and the fact he is just across the boarder they can't classify it as threatening. There was suppose to be a warrent out, and I just recently found out there isn't even a warrent. So that IF he came here, he would be immediately arrested. I don't know the numbers now, because he always called with a calling card or just punched in fake numbers for caller identification when calling through requiring a number or name. We considered even going to NJ, to make an appearance and file a protection order. But no garantee that they would even inforce it because physically he isn't harassin me with bodily present.
