Amazing Russian drunk people on the road compilation

In Russia drunk person not fall on road, road falls on drunk person!
 
last time was in Russia see man walking down motorway with cow on a lead,our driver could not see the problem
 
I know vodka proof is high in Russia than USA.

BTW, do all cars in Russia have the front video camera or it's an option? :hmm:
 
they use be able get vodka from vending machines....cops wagon go around all the time slinging drunks in van...cops and drunks seemed affable with each other

What? I'd know that they have sodas in vending machines like here but whiskey (and other alcoholic beverages like beer?)? Learning something new about that country. I am sure there are more stuffs I haven't heard about.

Russians just take drinking to a new level. Like most people who live in bitter cold areas, there's little to do but drink......so many do.

Its not the law, it is the insurance decision, most insurance companies up there requires their customer use dash cam.

In fact, there is more freedom in Russia than down here in USA. How sad! I kinda of agree with them, if one wants to screw themselves up without hurting others then let it be! No jail time, no discipline, no nothing. Mainly because if police arrest somebody, then that person must pay fees for arrest, jail time, etc and if no money, police gets nothing, hence why police don't bother them. Opposite as if russian cop sees wealthy person violates law, cops will do anything to drain their money for themselves (cops).

It's ridiculous!....Drunks stink and do crazy things they wouldn't do while sober...noting that woman without a shirt on...say what?....:lol:....the police should round them all up and take them to skid row....fence them in....Guessing then they would have a big wild party...but at least be off the highways and streets. It's horrific to run over someone, drunk or not. Then again, perhaps they had a death wish....
 
The drinking problem in Russia is one of the major reasons a Russian males life expectancy is only 64 years. We won't even talk about their smoking. Lets just say the two of them together make up the deadly combination.
 
My dad drank this , and he would cough and gag before the glass touch if lips.
This was enough to made me not want to drink.
