Almost done with training with my guide dog

Okay it's been hard and exciting at the same time I know their , are not many deaf blind on here but I was still share my experience.two weeks ago I arrived at guiding eyes for the blind .to get a guide dog wasn't sure I would hear the instructors properly but anytime I needed repeating they repeated instructions they also have cards if I need help ,with street crossings they also do some type of touch on my back . It was a awesome time ..I also missed alldeaf I have just one more day till graduation

What breed of dog are you getting and what is he/her name? I think this very exciting getting a guide dog , how long did the training take , it took a week to train with my hearing dog . And I still miss Finlay like hell. I call Marty Finlay that other day , I hope it did not hurt Marty feeling .
