I'm not too sure if anyone received an AllDeaf update email which I received today. I put up a link to the page where it'll explain about the update and what to expect from it. :)

I NEVER RECIVED IT! ALEXANDER????? whats up with that???????????? :-X ( if thats the wrong ALEXANDER name and its a spanish whatever forgive me :) )
 
The reason I posted it is because I spoke to a few about the AD update and they mentioned not recieving the email, so I thought I'd be nice and post it here for everyone who missed getting the email. :)
 
thanks waterrats ur haven sent when it comes to getting those info and passing them along word of mouth or hands for that matter is the best way and having that email is also handy as well :)
 
yeah i got mine, I had to double check my profile with email realized I had my old email that my comcast bought attbi. ARghhh so lucky I update my email in time just in case but according to Alex i think he planned to send to people who were inactive... soo I rarely actives here LOL due of begin a busy momma, busy preggy, busy wife, busy housecleaner etc you know rofl.. who cares about me hehe.. soo.. I think it is wonderful for Alex to spread out to few people who were inactive so they can be warn in time about their nicknames to be delete if not involves etc. hmmm also for cleaning it is good idea do both notifications onforums ... some people might not want to know in email some do... unless it is important messages ya know.. so Again might want "Advice" or "suggest" for you guys check your profile make sure emails are correct.. Good Job Alex and Waterrats :)

Hi...now you mentioned that WBHarley that emails were being sent to inactive members, is that what you meant? I definitely wasn't inactive....:P
I think that email was intended for EVERYONE -- not just the inactive members.

Like I said some people might not want to know in email.. there's a yes or no on (double checked) Under Options in control panel it said --- Allow Bulletin Board Administrators and Moderators To Send You Email Notices? --

that is probably why some of them did NOT get notices about it.. Let s see what alex say.. :D Waterrats I wasn't correcting you but I did mention "some people might not want to know in email." I did on couple different forums. ya know what I mean.. :cool:

I realise that, WBHarley that you weren't trying to correct me at all. I am aware of the options to receive email notifications from the webmasters/admin. :)
