I couldn't understand all of it but here is the best I can do:
This man comes to the childrens hospital every day for many years and shines shoes for the doctors, etc. He donates the money to the hospital fund for families who can't pay. I couldn't tell if they meant just his tips or the whole price of the shoe shine. They said his donation had hit $200,000.

It starts before dawn in the Pittsburgh darkness. The 88 penn (bus) pulls up and he climbs off as he has for 32 years. To strangers, Albert Lexi is anonymous. But here in the bowels of Children's hospital, this gentle soul is a sick child's angel.

(Albert Speaking) "We can't see Jeff Goggoff until this afternoon"

Each morning Albert examines his schedule like a doctor on the clock.

But his gift isn't healing. It's giving back.

(Albert Speaking)This is how I work: shine shoes, go through the tunnels and then talk to my customers

Albert's work comes in two's

(Albert Speaking)I did this about 53, 54 years. Since 1957

A shine costs 5 bucks

(Albert Speaking)Most of them give six. Some of them give seven.

Albert has given every tip, every extra dollar, back to the kids.

(other person comments)He's donated over a third of his lifetime salary to free care fund

It's a fund for sick children whose parents can't afford to pay.

They really chopped up the speech. The announcer would be in the middle of a sentence and they'd cut in with a few words from another person, then jump back, so in a couple places I didn't include every word, or in a few other places I just moved the other people's comments to the end of the announcer's sentence - I did these things to make it more clear. I think they did it that way to be dramatic - I don't generally appreciate that - I'd just rather get the story.

Ha. Did it again. I need to just type my comments into a text file and refresh threads right before submitting. Too lazy though. Anyway, Yeah, Derek, when I first started I was trying to figure out how to sign some bike-related terms, and you wrote a really encouraging reply to my question. Plus you gave me some feedback about how you sign about bike terms. About a year ago. Anyway, thank you:)

Ha - better? Maybe longer:0 - Sometimes when the presentation is so scattered like that, I think a summary like yours is clearer than a (near) exact transcript. But cool, now both are up for anyone who feels like looking at them. I don't think I've talked to you before, so, you know, nice to meet you:)
 
That video makes me smile after being down the last few days. It makes me feel good that people take time to interpret whether they are only able to catch a part or the whole video. TGIF!!!!
 
Wow, that was a really easy way to return a tiny bit of the massive amount of help I've gotten from the Deaf community. If you ever want something else summarized/transcribed, drop me a PM.
