The show that used to be on cable, Alaska State Troopers, pretty much described what happens. This here is heartbreaking.

Not sure. Things do need to change, but it's not easy to do that, given how large the state is.
 
It similar in Greenland the indigenous have bad time and crime high but Danish go by different law

That I don't know. I'm not familiar with Greenland nor Danish laws, so I'm not sure how they do it there, but I'm pretty sure they do handle it. The suspect in this case is facing a potential life sentence if he's tried as an adult. If he's tried as a juvenile, he would only need to serve 7 years for murder, until he reaches 21.
 
was reading about this today,the Danes forced Danish law and ways on indigenous people and caused many problems like in Alaska two class society....I hope the family get juctise soon
