Believe it or not, I have somehow managed to forget both passwords to both ntouch mobile numbers. I'm wishing I had written them down, and then I would've been able to remember the passwords. As it is, I'm stuck without ntouch mobile until Sorenson VRS opens up in a few hours. :(

You can get one nTouch number for both of your nTouch VP and mobile device once. You may apply for myPhone feature. After applying it in few days, call CIR. They will fix to select your same number from VP and new password for all of vp and mobile.
Sorenson ntouch

Just one problem-- I don't have a regular ntouch VP, which is required for me to have access to that feature. If I ever moved to my own place, then I could do it, but until then, I'm stuck with ntouch PC and both ntouch mobile numbers, but one I rarely use, and might delete today if I get the chance to. For now, I'm just wanting to get access back.

Oh I see. You can call CIR to solve problem about your password.

As soon as they open up at 9 AM. The odd thing is, I sent in a request via their website, and they gave me some way outdated information, as well as possibly compromising other people's numbers, as there were two I wasn't familiar with, and I'm gonna bring that up with them. I had three old ntouch mobile numbers previously, and one shut down for good for some unknown reason, and two I had changed to something I liked better, and I also had an old ntouch PC number from nearly 2 years ago, and that was way outdated, as well. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, so I need to bring that up.

yes, I always sent complaint report to them but never replied. I had kept to call CIR or service.

Actually, you know what? I can do one better. I'll bring it up with an higher-upper I have the contact info of, and tell him what happened. That should get something going. I'll keep you updated.

And get my @$$ laughed at like a moron? No thanks. I waited patiently, and called CIR, who got me back on track. Now I am a happy man, and no, no cops included.
Did you write it down this time?

Update: Both mobile numbers are now up and operational. Earlier today, I got a new tablet, and I had some struggles getting ntouch tablet to work, and it's now operating, after spending all morning updating the tablet to its current version. I'm just glad to have something I can actually use now, and my ntouch mobile travel number is once again active.

Yup. I had a hard time getting ntouch tablet to cooperate with me, until I realized the software was outdated, and needed upgrading, so after that was done, I then had little problems. Now my hotspot just finished charging, so I am off to take care of some things. Be back later, and hopefully with no broken bones or torn muscles (It's snowing like #@!$ outside).:D

Something's been on my mind all day today. Why would Sorenson VRS have a ntouch VP under my name, despite the fact I applied for one nearly 24 months ago? And the effort to land one failed, and I ended up with ntouch PC instead in June of that year. Six months later, I discovered the wonders of ntouch mobile a few weeks before Christmas that year, and I had no knowlege that there was a VP under my name the entire time. Makes me wonder some things :hmm:
